The location was jaw-dropping! Just a minute walk to the bustling market, delicious restaurants, and famous sightseeing spots. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Patricia, our lovely host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with fruits, sweets, and invaluable sightseeing tips. The area was quiet and the flat felt like a cozy home away from home. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was absolutely perfect! The kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay, including a refrigerator and stovetop. It made cooking meals so easy and convenient.
Honestly, I can't think of any cons. But if I had to pick one, I guess it would be that the private bathroom only had a bath instead of a shower.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with everything I needed and more provided. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-stocked, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with shops. The staff, particularly Patricia, were incredibly hospitable and made my stay truly memorable.
Breakfast delights, although the continental breakfast provided looked fine, I would suggest adding more variety or options to make it even better.

I recently stayed at La Cascade in Dijon for a few days and had a fantastic experience. Patricia, the host, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She provided great local information and even shared regional delicacies with me. The location was perfect for exploring the historic sites, and I loved the "owl trail" that provided insights into the city's history. The apartment itself was warm, quiet, and well-equipped with kitchen facilities. The nearby cafes and restaurants were superb, and the Thursday morning covered market was a gourmet's delight. I couldn't have asked for more - highly recommend!
I do recommend this hotel.

The host was very helpful and gave us great local information. The location was perfect for exploring the historic sites and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the covered market and the variety of food available.
The stairs in the building were steep and narrow, which could be a challenge for some guests. Additionally, the bed was not set up and we had to make our own bed.
